Substance Abuse Counseling

When youth cope with the crisis of homelessness by turning to drugs or alcohol, their chances of living a self-sufficient and independent lifestyle are significantly reduced. CHC assists youth in addressing the drug and/or alcohol, and mental health issues that prevent them from achieving independence. Prevention/intervention, individual counseling and therapy, as well as support groups are provided. Additionally, psychiatric and psychological services are available to youth who struggle with both substance abuse issues.
