Spiritual Ministry

The Spiritual Ministry Program provides activities and opportunities for spiritual growth for our residents and staff on a volunteer basis; youth and staff of all faiths are welcome. Developing a sense of spirituality is particularly vital to our residents because it enhances their personal confidence, offers them new values, and provides them with increased hope for the future. Activities include individual spiritual counseling, discussion groups, daily prayer, meditation, Bible study, and church outings to local parishes. Youth are also encouraged to participate in volunteer and community service projects such as serving meals at a soup kitchen, Hollywood Beautification clean-ups, visiting seniors at a convalescent home and assisting with home-builds in Tijuana, Mexico.
