A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years experience in full charge non-profit accounting or administrative services experience is required. Must have good working knowledge of accounting principles: GAAP, FASB etc, grant management, and facilities management, preferably in a non-profit agency. This position requires very strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to oversee multiple tasks and priorities. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to problem solve, be creative, and effectively and professionally interact with staff, volunteers, vendors, clients and the public. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experience with ADP and AS400 systems is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Must possess a valid Guard Card. Experience working with homeless or at-risk youth/young adults in a residential setting, is preferred.  Knowledge of crisis intervention, Part-R, CPR and First Aid is preferred. Must have knowledge of security procedures, good organizational skills, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required. Masters Degree preferred. Minimum 2-3 years experience in educational counseling, case management, and assessment is required. Must have knowledge and experience working with vocational programs and systems preferably with at risk youth. Must have knowledge of adolescent development and the ability to administer standardized educational testing instruments. This position requires very strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. Must be computer literate and possess the ability to work with other staff members, clients, vendors and the public. CPR and PRO-Act training is preferred.

A Masters Degree in, Social Work, Psychology or a related field. A licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is preferred. Two years of post licensed experience is required. Must have clinical knowledge and experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written forms. Must be a self-starter and a team player, with the ability to work with other staff members, clients, vendors and the public..

A BA degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or a related field and a minimum of 2-3 years of case management experience, preferably with at risk youth is required. Must be bilingual, computer literate, have strong communication and organizational skills, and possess the ability to communicate with members, clients, vendors and the public.
