Summary:

meals should be prepared to meet quantity and
quality necessary for providing a nurturing meal
service. This position must also monitor the clean
up procedures, and take full responsibility over
the function and safety of the food service area,
and adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
governing the food service industry.

Summary:

position manages the Development Department, including
its entire annual budget, all Development staff
and all Development projects (major gifts, planned

While there are administrative responsibilities,
this is primarily a fundraising position. The
successful candidate will play a key role in developing
and implementing a strategic fund development
plan, including major and planned gifts, corporate
and foundation relations, special events, direct
mail, grant writing, plus various other projects
designed to ensure the organizations financial
stability and growth. Design, implement, and facilitate
annual communications plan for the organization.

House Alaska (CHA) programs.

Qualifications:
|
Masters
Degree in Human Services or related field required.
Five years administrative and supervisory experience
in a human services or adolescent youth program.
Experience in managing residential programs
preferred. Knowledge of adolescent behavior
and development, case management, budget development
and administration, grant management required.
Outstanding communication skills both oral and
written. Computer literate with experience using
Microsoft suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
