THE PIONEER FUND
Through a partnership with the Pioneer Fund, Covenant House California continues to offer its comprehensive Employment Skills Program (ESP). The Employment Skills Program provides educational/ vocational training and job development/ retention assistance to over 300 homeless, at-risk youth annually, opening the door to self-sufficiency and independent living.

The Pioneer Fund was also generous with another contribution towards Covenant House California’s Rights of Passage congregate transitional living program. This longer-term, 24-bed residential program creates an opportunity for homeless youth to stabilize the personal crisis and financial situations, so that they can move off the streets.
