KAISER PERMANENTE
Kaiser Permanente has been a strong and steady supporter of Covenant House California. Through a generous contribution through its "Growing Healthy Communities" program, Kaiser Permanente continues to provide support for Day Outreach case management to CHC residents and non-residents who are living with HIV/AIDS. Kaiser Permanente's grant helps to create access to needed community resources for these homeless, at-risk youth.
